Unless otherwise defined, all definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as that defined in our announcement dated 3 August 2006.

Further to our announcements dated 3 August 2006 and 15 August 2006, the Company wishes to inform that the agreement in relation to the Proposed Assignment has lapsed on 15 September 2006 and the parties to the said agreement have decided not to proceed with the Proposed Assignment.
